前些天没休息好，今天早上起不来，没赶上直播，听的回放。

1、换位思考  put yourself in someone's shoes

3、head-on "(作副词或形容词用）撞击迎面地，头对头地，正面地"  / （作副词或形容词用） "冲突或手段正面的，直接的，没有妥协余地的"

head-on collision/ head-on clash/head-on smash "迎面撞击"

Their car was in a head-on smash with an articulated lorry.

他们的轿车和一辆铰接式货车迎面相撞了。

Once again, I chose to confront the issue head-on.

我又一次选择了直接面对该问题。

4、Trash (故意)损坏，捣毁，糟蹋；痛贬;贬损

聚会结束时他们会把这地方搞得一团糟吗？

People asked why the candidates spent so much time trashing each other.

人们问为什么候选人花这么多时间互相贬损。

    US   informal  : to say insulting things especially to an opponent in a contest, game, etc.

·furniture 只有单数形式，没有复数形式

·have trouble doing something/have trouble with something

·leisure 在英式和美式发音上有很大不同（平时自己念的是英式）        英/'leʒə/       美/'liʒɚ/

· 注意区分这两个单词读音     island   英/'aɪlənd/  美/'aɪlənd/    Ireland  英/'aiəland/    美/'aiəland/

·注意练习这几个词语的连读(“and”中的“d”不用念出声）    LA、H&M、M&M
