I have been very busy recently with multiple projects. In addition to this, our office interior will be renovated starting in a few weeks. We all have to move to other offices completely for a month for the workers to finish their job.
I had to clean up my office, throw away unused documents, papers, old books, and reports. I have been coming to my office early recently to do the cleanup and packing. I have thrown away more than ten big garbage cans of papers, books, and binders. And there are still a lot of things left in my bookshelves and file cabinets after this. I was so surprised that my office was like an infinite source that could generate so much paper wastes!
While choosing things to keep or throw away, I found some old notebooks or documents even photos that brought back so many memories. I have worked for the same company for many years after all. It's difficult to throw away something that's sentimental to me.
But we all have to leave everything we love behind someday. It's a sad truth. So, I know I have to stop being too attached to things that are no longer useful to me and get ready to move on. And get a life!
