晨读内容：📖Pronunciation Pairs 💡U25-27 辅音 /d/、/k/、/g/
1️⃣发音要点：
☘ 人名：Diana /daɪˈ(j)ænə/；David /ˈdeɪvɪd/
☘ I am going to = I’m gonna，口语中常会把 be 动词给 drop 掉，虽然不对，但很常见；甚至还会更加偷懒成 Imna
☘ What are/do/have you = watcha
2️⃣口语表达：
🌸 爽约，放鸽子~
① stand sb up (informal); ② (not) show up; ③ no-show
There are a lot of no-shows today.
🌸 等了几辈子还不见人影~
① I waited and waited for you.
② I’ve been waiting here for ages.
🌸 card = advantage，优势，绝招，王牌
① play your cards right，处理得当，to deal with a situation in the right way, so that you are successful in getting what you want；
He wouldn’t be in such an awkward situation if he plays his cards right.
② put/lay your cards on the table，摊牌，直抒己见，和盘托出...to tell people what your plans and intentions are in a clear honest way；
Put your cards on the table and be very clear about your complaints.
