白目不要再说 white eye，给人白眼也不是 give someone a white eye，今天呢，我们来看几个有关眼睛的惯用语，超级生活化和实用，一起来看看吧！

1. roll one's eyes

roll one's eyes 字面上的意思是滚动眼珠，其实顾名思义就是把眼珠往上滚，翻一个大白眼，当我们感到不耐烦的时候，时常会有这个举动，比如说：

She rolled her eyes at us when she heard us gossiping about her boyfriend.

当她听到我们讨论到她的男友时，她向我们翻了一个白眼。

2. make eyes at someone

按照英文的意思，就是向某人使了一个眼色，不过事实上可没那么简单。这个动作还附带着一种含情脉脉的情绪，也就是中文里的向某人眉目传情（送秋波）的意思，比如说：

She was making eyes at him all evening.

她整晚不停地向他抛媚眼。

3. keep your eye on the ball

keep your eye on the ball，把眼睛放在球上，说明这时需要专心一点，所以这个表达引申为了小心谨慎地行动，to give your attention to what you are doing at the time，比如说：

You have to keep your eye on the ball in business.

做生意必须时刻小心谨慎。
