Addiction of smart phone is commonplace nowadays, I have ever had many times to plan to do some tasks, at the beginning or during the breaktime, I just browsed some news on smart phone without any special purpose, but when I stopped the browsing and wanted to turn back to work, one or two hours had passed.
Some algorithm of APP push information to you based on big data, it know what you are interested in. every time you refresh screen, it shows you new information, it seems that it has new information you love forever.
It was frustrating, it seriously disturbed our normal life and work, and you can't resist such temptation. Do you have any experience to quit this addiction? tell me your suggestion!
