A: Learn in diiferent situation, there is no punishiment in TM for mistake.
Q: If there is no gifts for leadership, why we need it? I used to think leadership is a key competence to climb the career ladder. How to balance paid work and unpaid TM leader.
A: There aren't that much different in volunteer and paid leadership. There might be different in reward. One is money, the other is good feeling you get.
Q:How to protect leader when they lose their motivation?
A: Leading with your heart. It's about connection. The mision is the best way to bring them back.
Q:how do you become an international president
A: District director, second vice president, then 3 years later, an international president. Change and improve my performance to fit the role.
Q: How to balance between doing thing by yourself and delegating the tasks to team members?
A: Delegation is not dumping task. Delegation is a process, focus on mission.
