开始制作
1) 将鸡蛋与面粉混合,搅匀成团

2) 将打好的面团静置醒发20分钟

3) 醒发好的面团放在砧板上擀开薄厚约0.5cm

4) 切成长条撒上面粉防粘

5) 油锅烧热

6) 下切好的沙琪玛的面条炸成金黄色,捞出备用

7) 取一口平底锅加入黄油加热融化

8) 待黄油全部融化后,倒入称好的棉花糖,搅拌均匀加热融化

9) 当棉花糖全部融化后加入奶粉搅拌均匀
