The thing that impressed me the most is that I finally found out the reason why I can’t got along well the one of my former colleague Zhaoxuan.

When I was in Yueer, my previous company, I was really bothered with one thing that I could not please one colleague. Correctly speaking, I felt like I was afraid of contacting her and she disliked me and my nerve was unstable at this thing.

This afternoon I cleared out my thoughts towards this old story. I got to know that I was too serious at every thing and every people. I was unconscious about the distances between me and this thing or people and let them come too close. Then i was hurt by thing and people. After i read the book the courage of being hated, i allowed myself being disliked and kept away from the unkind people. Then life was simpler and happier.

So if you want to love yourself, you need to protect yourself. If you want to protect yourself, you need to keep distance with the unfamiliar and unkind people even though he or she was your boss. If they made you always unhappy and depressed and inconfident, keep distance with them, or go away.

Life was short. Keep away with the people consuming you.

Live one day, understand one thing.
