安装lrzsz :

brew install lrzsz

a) 首先安装：brew install lrzsz

b) 安装完成后查看： ls -alh /usr/local/bin/sz 是否存在

c) 如果出现ls: /usr/local/bin/sz: No such file or directory 执行如下命令

d) 查看 which lrz

下载必须文件 iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh 和 iterm2-send-zmodem.sh：

说明：iterm2-send-zmodem.sh & iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh 放到 /usr/local/bin/

获取文件方式如下：

（1）去github下载，https://github.com/aikuyun/iterm2-zmodem

（2）自己将代码写入文件中：

首先，切换到 /usr/local/bin/ ``目录下：

cd /usr/local/bin

其次，vi iterm2-send-zmodem.sh , 将下面代码粘贴、复制到 iterm2-send-zmodem.sh 文件中，并保存：

使用rz 和 sz 命令是否可以用，如果不可以用，需要更改 iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh 和 iterm2-send-zmodem.sh 两个文件的权限：

cd /usr/local/bin/
chmod -x iterm2-send-zmodem.sh
chmod -x iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh

2、第二部分上传显示进度条

2.1本地安装trzsz

trzsz ( trz / tsz ) 是一个兼容 tmux 的文件传输工具，和 lrzsz ( rz / sz ) 类似，并且有进度条和支持目录传输。
trzsz-iterm2 是 trzsz 在 iTerm2 上使用的客户端。

brew install trzsz

安装进度条工具zenity

本来我也想用文本进度条，但是我的item2版本是3.4.x，文本进度条要求版本至少3.5.x

安装进度条zenity

brew install ncruces/tap/zenity

sudo ln -sv $(which zenity) /usr/local/bin/zenity

2.3远程服务器要使用也要安装trzsz
