It’s full-name is “ornaments on funerary face covering”（幎（mi，同幂）目缀玉），from late western Zhou.

Jade Ornaments  on Funerary Face Covering were very popular in the zhou dynasty. The jade pieces were stitched （sewed）on the funerary face covering cloth. It was the forerunner of  the jade clothes of the Han dynasty.
