很多人跟我争辩，说这个世界上没有鬼魂，我都不屑一顾。
甘奶奶最苦，跟着我那老实巴交的爷爷，没有享过一天福。千辛万苦生下六个子女后，就骤然离开了这个苦难的世界。
Granny Gan was the worst bitter one who hadn't enjoyed a day of happiness with my honest grandfather. After giving birth to six children, she abruptly left the world of misery.
但是，最灵异的，却是甘奶奶。我很小的时候，曾被母亲从外婆家里接回去一两天，专门等着甘奶奶“出云”，我代表母亲去问仙。
But the most supernatural one was granny Gan. When I was little, my mother took me home for a day or two, waiting for grandma Gan to "go out of the clouds" , I went to ask fairy on behalf of my mother.
隔壁的恒炳叔叔的老婆，也就是陆秀凤婶婶，经常生病。但是，她有一个奇特的本事，就是可以“出云”。一般是吃完晚饭，天全部黑了，她往床上一躺，放下蚊帐，等几分钟后，就开始听见她古里古怪的讲话声，完全不是她平时讲话的声音。
Aunt Lu Xiufeng, uncle Heng's wife next door, often got sick. However, she had a peculiar ability, she could "go out of the clouds". Usually after dinner, when it was all dark, she went to bed, put down the mosquito net, and after a few minutes, people could hear her strange voice, which was totally not her usual voice.
在这种时候，全屋场的人，甚至于外屋场的人，都可以和她对话，向她打听自己祖先在阴间的生活状况。这就是民间所谓的“问仙”。也有些人，忘记了某件事，也可以通过她向死去的亲人询问。很多人都说，很准，很灵，很神奇。
At such times, all the people in the house, even in the outside, can talk to her and ask her about the life of their ancestors in the underworld. This is what the folk call "asking the fairy" . Some people forget something and can ask their dead relatives through her. Many people say it's accurate, it's working, it's amazing.
她在出云的情况下，代表某位死去的人物说话，连说话的语气、声音都模仿的惟妙惟肖，真的像死去的人重新活过来了一样。她成了人间的阎王，阴司里的事情她全部知道，一清二楚。谁在受苦，谁在享福，谁的子女烧了多少纸钱，谁的房屋漏水塌陷了（实际是指坟墓），谁谁谁......反正没有她不认识的人，没有她不知道的事。
She spoke on behalf of a dead person in the presence of a cloud, even the tone and sound of the dead were imitated perfectly, as if they had come back to life. She's the devil on earth. she knew all the things in the underworld. Who was suffering, who was enjoying, whose children burn how much paper money, whose house had collapsed (actually refers to the grave) , who, who... There's no one she didn't know, nothing she couldn't know.
当然，陆婶婶并不能天天出云。别人问她什么时候会出云，她自己也无法回答。或许是十天半个月出一次云，或许就是连续几天都出云，也或许几个月都不出云。反正，这个出云并不是她本人能够决定的一样。而且，每次出云后，别人再问她，她说她什么都不知道，她完全睡着了，只是睡的很辛苦，醒过来就是一身的猛汗，衣服都湿透了。
Of course, Aunt Lu couldn't "go out of the clouds" all the time. When she was asked when she would turn up, she couldn't answer herself. Maybe it's once every ten and a half days, or may be a cloud for several days in a row, or a few months without a cloud. Anyway, it wasn't up to her to decide. And every time after she "got out of the clouds", she would remember nothing, whatever people asked her, she said she didn't know. She was just completely asleep, but she slept very hard and woke up with a sweat and her clothes were all wet.
甘奶奶出云的时候，说我哪个姑姑做了什么事，冲撞了哪路神仙，所以生了病；说我哪个姑姑要提防哪个小人，不要与哪个来往密切；说我大伯伯的儿子哪一天走路不小心摔进了田边水沟，是谁当时发现并悄悄救上来的，没有对外声张，要诚心去感谢人家；说我二伯伯的女儿哪天骑单车撞到了人，骨头都肿起来了；说我哪一天放牛，在哪一个山谷，差一点被斗架的水牛踩死了......这些十分隐秘的事情，她全都知道，说的丝毫不差。神啊！
When granny Gan went out of the clouds, she said which of my aunts had done something, and that she had crashed into some immortal and thus got sick; Said which aunt of mine should be wary of which little man, and not to be close to which one; Said that my uncle's son accidentally fell into the field ditch when he was walking, who found out and saved him quietly at that time and didn't make a public statement, so the one should be given sincere appreciation; Said that my second uncle's daughter had hit a man by bike one day and his bones were swollen; Said which day I herded cattle in which valley, almost trampled to death by the fighting buffalo... All these very secret things, she knew them all, and there's nothing wrong. God !
我们全家随军离开了老家，甘奶奶还出云，对三姑姑说，父亲终于发达了，有出息了，光宗耀祖了，她要求父亲和二伯伯出钱，大伯伯出力，把她的坟墓用条石砌了个墓园，周围栽满了柏树。她生前没有享过儿子们的福，死后也终于让儿子们尽了孝道。
Our whole family left home with the army, granny Gan said to my aunt, that the father had at last succeeded and lived in glory, so she asked for a cemetery around her grave and cypress trees all over it, she let my father and uncle to pay for it, and the great uncle did his utmost to build. She had never enjoyed the blessings of her sons when living, after her death, she had finally let them do their duty.
很多人跟我争辩，说这个世界上没有鬼魂，我都不屑一顾。
A lot of people argue with me that there are no ghosts in the world, and I don't give a shit.
我相信我的甘奶奶，是这个世界上最真实的存在。虽然我从来没有亲眼见过她，但她一直跟随在我的身边，知道我的一切隐秘，关注着我，保佑着我。
I believe my grandma Gan is the most real thing in the world. Though I has never seen her with my own eyes, she is always there for me, knowing all my secrets, keeping an eye on me and blessing me.
每年清明节的时候，我都会烧一大堆纸钱，孝敬给她老人家，祝她能够幸福地生活。
Every year during the Tomb Sweeping Festival, I would burn a lot of paper money to show filial respect for her elderly and wish her a happy life.
