Tips:选虾常识
1>看外形:新鲜的虾头尾完整,头尾与身体紧密相连,虾身较挺,有一定的弯曲度。不新鲜的虾,头与体,壳与肉相连松懈,头尾易脱落或分离,不能保持其原有的弯曲度。
2>看色泽:新鲜虾皮壳发亮,河虾呈青绿色,对虾呈青白色(雌虾)或蛋黄色(雄虾)。不新鲜的虾,皮壳发暗,虾原色变为红色或灰紫色。
3>看肉质:新鲜的虾,肉质坚实、细嫩,手触摸时感觉硬,有弹性。不新鲜的虾,肉质松软,弹性差。
4>闻气味:新鲜虾气味正常,无异味,若有异臭味则为变质虾。
