A happy people must have the ability of psychological adjustment. When they meet with unhappy things, they can get out of it easily and get extra harvest.
I need one or two days get out of panic ago. When I meet with failures, usually surrounded by sadness. Then told it to my mother, after their relief, I also need my own time to recover.
Gradually, I can deal with my trouble easily, no matter how tragic, I can converse negative into positive and get much valuable experience. Maybe that is growth, maybe I have gotten the ability of psychological adjustment, and now l can use it to help more people.
