1. idyllic

安恬的;田园诗般的;质朴宜人的 If you describe something as idyllic, you mean that it is extremely pleasant, simple, and peaceful without any difficulties or dangers.

e.g. ...an idyllic setting for a summer romance...

2. seethe

压怒火;生闷气 When you are seething, you are very angry about something but do not express your feelings about it.

e.g. She took it calmly at first but under the surface was seething...

她起初平静地接受了，但内心却气呼呼的。

3. Spare

（熟词生义）抽出，拨出(金钱或其他资源) If you spare time or another resource for a particular purpose, you make it available for that purpose.

e.g. She said that she could only spare 35 minutes for our meeting...

她说她只能抽出 35 分钟时间参加我们的会议。

个人感悟

本章主要讲的是双赢思维。我觉得这种思维很适合用在团队合作中，达到互利共赢的目的。不过当今社会到处都充满着竞争，每个人都在夹缝中生存，双赢思维往往被人忽视。作者在文中举了许多例子，包括公司、家庭以及个人选择中，都存在着思维的选择。在我看来，坚持双赢不一定意味着你收获的少了，坚持二分法也不一定也并不意味着你一定成功，选择往往要按需而来，以双赢为核心，相信路会更开阔。
