英文互联网世界有个概念叫 Troll:

In Internet slang, a troll is a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting arguments or upsetting people, by posting inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as a forum, chat room, or blog) with the deliberate intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.

Troll这个词原本在英语里面是有的，奇幻文学爱好者肯定不陌生，意思就是食人魔。但是在网络上，Troll有另外一层意思，指的是通过故意发表一些煽动性的、离题的、无关的或者故意挑衅性质的言论，或者采取具有之前所提性质的行为，来促使对方做出自己期望的情绪反应（通常是激怒）。

Troll 这个概念类似于中文网络世界的喷子。

在 @南京地铁 的这条微博 http://weibo.com/2638276292/BaMF741S6 下面，吐槽十号线没有南审出口之后，收到了这样的评论：

为什么要有南审出口 ？ 你也不看看10号线什么走向 再说学生就应该呆在学校好好学习 看看现在D7下班高峰期坐在座位上的全是去万达闲逛的学生 本地人上班的挤都挤不上来 现在所谓的大学生都在干嘛[怒]

这种标准的 Troll 应该不用理睬，直接拉黑，节省双方时间、节约地球能源。但是考试周看到 学生就应该呆在学校好好学习 还是忍不住发了这条微博（ http://weibo.com/1696778695/BaVlIEEb5 ），并且带点挑衅地@了当事人。

这位 Troll 发表了大量的地域攻击、人身攻击的言论，语言粗俗、头像挂着「我操」，签名却是「人渣真多 缺教养的更多」。

想起在知乎上看到的这句话：

世界出错了，竟然不按我的设定运行，必须出手修改这个bug。

我觉得 喷子/Troll 的根本特点在于：

1. 以自我为中心
2. 缺少对自身的反省
