
对这个话题,主观一下先。除了在007学习写作,演讲也是我的学习目标。我是从IT分销公司每月月度presentation开始克服在人多时的紧张,再有香港大学ICB商学院的workshop以及个人分享,以及主持客串各种活动,越来越觉得演讲有意思好玩兴奋,虽然我还木有练就,学习中。
我们这辈子太想发出声音了,或者留下声音(各种形式)。所谓“人过留名,雁过留声”哈。天地之间一声吼,人群当中振臂一呼,危急时刻一声令下,一路一曲高歌……种种。而好的演讲是众多声音中最具震撼力和影响力的方式。演讲的魅力和魔力,让你望而却步,让你汹涌澎湃,让你点燃放下已久的激情。是你对世界发出的声音,是你与群体思想的碰撞,影响力和持久力也是相当。
想像下~穿着你喜欢最放松的盛装,你独自站在空旷舞台上,聚光灯照着你的眼睛,台下黑压压一遍分不出熟人与否,全部的眼光注视着你一个人。你在用你的方式,你的故事,你的声音娓娓道来新的传奇。那感觉别提了……可是在实现这一切之前你要和自己交流好,先战胜下自己紧张和恐惧。
你会想到这些当下的榜样:天马行空震撼无敌的马云老师演讲,每年的总结展望罗振宇老师跨年商业演讲,幽默调侃安慰式罗永浩发布会演讲,TED全球的精英演讲等等……你的演讲准备什么时候?什么样子?
如下分享王雨豪老师,克服紧张可以用的八个小窍门“克紧八式”。
1. 提前30分钟到场,熟悉环境、场地、设备、流程。
2. 和现场观众聊天,了解他们是谁,从哪里来,有什么期待。
3. 与亲朋好友通个电话,聊聊今天演讲这件事。
4. 进入“对话模式”,别一个人藏在角落里闷头看ppt、背稿。
5. 上台前可以喝一杯红酒,生理放松,消除应激机制。
6. 提前进行积极的自我暗示,在脑海中预演整个演讲。
7. 准备演讲过程中,至少完成一次录音或者录像。
8. 有条件的话,提前到现场预讲一遍,并录像。
最后说一点:紧张和兴奋,就是硬币的两面,对于有一定经验的演讲者和精于此道的高手,适当保留一点不确定感,会让你在讲台上更加兴奋,更加投入。紧张的时候让自己利用紧张的情绪变得反应更快,甚至故意让自己紧张起来。当然,这个知易行难,需要你自己长时间的揣摩和练习。
从根本上解除紧张的三个办法: 熟悉环境、熟悉观众、熟悉内容 。真正的演讲高手,可以利用紧张的情绪,让自己发挥得更好。没有人天生就是一个演讲家,“宝剑锋从磨砺出,梅花香自苦寒来”,成为演讲高手需要你的刻意练习。

Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.
Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battle-field of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.
But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate -- we can not consecrate -- we can not hallow -- this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here. It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced.
