NCV7240笔记

该芯片具备编程功能：Programming Features；

使用NCV7240可以设置菊花链；

当CSB管脚从高到低转换时，从SO管脚中打卡的前16位将是来自故障输出寄存器的诊断输出数据，这些位表示IC的状态；

该芯片中的command：SI SPI Input Data (16-bit serial structure of input word)；

该芯片支持串行菊花链和并行菊花链；

该芯片支持16-bit SPI Control；

该芯片应用于车身控制单元，汽车发动机控制单元，继电器驱动，LED驱动器和步进电机驱动器；

Modes of Operation:UVLO mode,OFF Mode,Global OFF Mode,ON Mode,Limp Home Mode(LHI),Low lq Mode,Standby Mode,Global Standby Mode,Input Mode：

该芯片的ON Mode，条件为SPI Control(Command 10)，功能为打开输出；

该芯片的Input Mode，条件为SPI Control(Command 01)，功能为Directs output channel to be driven from INx input pins；

该芯片的输入引脚受LHI引脚控制，当LHI=low时，默认输出引脚由INx引脚控制（通过SPI编程）

该芯片provides two registers:Input Register. And Output Register

Input Register. Input for IC mode state and output driver state control

Output Register. Provides diagnostic information on the output driver condition

SPI-Interface ;The input-frame (SI) (2 bits / channel) is used to command the output stages

LHI该引脚上的高电平将使设备通电，并激活相应的输出驱动器INx指示器，同时禁用输出输出OUT5−OUT8.。

如果想要点亮OUT3的LED，需要通过SPI INPUT DATA 设置ON Mode 使其channel turn on,通过Limp Home Control Circuit 时IN1接通，最后让该IC SPI OUTPUT DATA确认OUT端口的状态
