The best part of intelligence is creativity. The goal is us, to make us better. If we don’t think about us, that will be so much intelligence, our genius just spent and just go to the garbage. That’s why we work so much to make whole- surface screen. Because it’s image which is so important. We don’t want pollution. We want just the image. It’s the content which is important. Ceramic is a very very very old material coming from the deepest deepest place of our civilization and of our humanity. And also it’s the most modern. Because it’s incredibly strong and it’s warm. It’s the same structure as jade. Because ceramic is everything. We born 4 billion years ago. And our intelligence has produced tools from the most humble tools, the knife, the stone to the incredibly sophisticated object like today’s MIX. We have to be proud of ourselves.

【设计师简介】

菲利普•斯塔克(Philippe Starck)，1949年出生在法国巴黎，是这个时代最原始，最有创意的设计师之一。他认为自己是“一位日本建筑师（architect），美国的艺术总监（Artistic Director），德国工业设计师（Industrial Designer），法国艺术总监，意大利家具设计师（Furniture Designer）”。设计观点：“物质越少，人性越多(Less material, more humanity)”。
