You have to believe that what you're doing right now has an impact on your future,  that even if you're leading the way, it's going to be extraordinary. Your job will take up most of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to believe in what you do and love what you do. I should feed something, make memature  , try your best, just like all great relationships, things will only get better with age.
