About EQ

EQ is extremely important.

Since I haven’t own high ability of EQ, it’s necessary for me to learn and improve it.Here are some principles I know for EQ.

1.Honest.

To be honest and grateful to people. To be kind and nice to people.

2.Create win-win situation

To learn how to find opportunities that can benefit both you and your partners. Andlearn how to organize all the resources to do something.

3.know peoples' needs and satisfy their needs.

Knowpeople’s need, then say words and do something to satisfy people. Besides, knowtheir reactions of your behavior.

To make people feel comfortable.

4.To inspire people so as to achieve the great goal with you.

“Chinese future enterprise should be the combination of Chuanfu Wang and Yueting Jia”.

Some of the above is just skill of EQ, and I should practice deliberately until I behave like that without thinking.
