    1.Consider the time as our friend.

    The author is Li xiaolai.This book is one of the most famous article of his.Today I read the chapter three:administration.

    Time estimation

    If you want to improve the ability to estimate the time,you'd better get into the habit of Judging that if you are good at it or not before you start doing everything.And then try to estimate how long you will take to finish it.

    I think that is to say we need more patience when we are setting goals for ourselves.As for me,If I want to write an English composition,I just think about it in my mind that how long I will take to finish it.But in most case it will take me more time than I estimate.I can conclude writing is the thing that I'm not good at.So next time I can estimate more time when I begin to write.

    Do it now.

    After setting a goal or being given an assignment,When is the proper time to execute it?Of course the answer is "now".When we put off doing something,the fact is we put off starting but not doing.

    To overcome procrastination,Here are some suggestions from wikipedia.

    Be aware of habits and thoughts that lead to procrastinating.
    Seek help for self-defeating problems such as fear, anxiety, difficulty in concentrating, poor time management, indecisiveness, and perfectionism.
    Evaluate your own goals, strengths, weaknesses, and priorities.
    Set realistic goals, and develop a personal positive link between the tasks and the concrete, meaningful goals.
    Restructure activities of daily life.
    Modify your environment for that newly gained perspective. For example, eliminate or minimize noise or distraction; put effort into relevant matters; reduce day-dreaming.
    Discipline yourself to the priorities you set.
    Motivate yourself with enjoyable activities, socializing and constructive hobbies.
    Tackle issues in small blocks of time, instead of trying to solve whole problems at once and then be intimidated.
    To prevent relapse, reinforce your pre-set goals based on needs and allow yourself to be rewarded in a balanced way for accomplished tasks.

    Face the difficulty directly.

    The best way to arrange our time is finishing the easy part promptly.Then the most of our time we should concentrate on dealing with the difficult parts.

    Pay more attention to the procedures

    It is often said that look before you leap.So we should consider three factors before we doing everything.What is it?Why should we do it?And I how we can make it.Most important thing is that we should pay more attention to "how".That it's a we should divide our assignment into small parts by using different ways or methods.
