《You Raise Me Up》是小说《默读》中费渡唯一喜欢听的一首歌，永远是单曲循环。

以前没听过这首歌，忍不住搜出这首歌来听。这么积极向上的歌，可见费渡内心深处最真实的想法和追求，即使费渡从小到大都生活在阴暗里，他也是向往阳光的。

幸运的是，除了妈妈隐晦的爱，还有两个警察照顾了他七年，陶然更是不厌其烦地忍受他不着调的骚扰，不管他怎么闹腾，永远只是把他当成孩子来疼。

接触过费渡的大部分正经人，或多或少地会觉得费渡深不可测，心机太深，不可信任。作为读者，也会想着他会游走在边缘线，如果不是骆闻舟硬要把他拽出来，他很可能会永远隐在阴暗里。
