2014年9月 本着“百年酒业”宗旨创立巴哈(成都)洋酒贸易股份有限公司,目前公司拥有产业:小酒馆(东山国际店)总投资140万(收藏红酒40万,威士忌40万,畅销酒60万)。天鹅岭山顶酒庄园市价值2000万。
Sep. 2014 Established BACH (Chengdu) Foreign Wine Trading Co., Ltd. as part of the “Century of the Wine Industry”. Currently, the company owns in the industry: The Tavern (Dongshan International Store) with a total investment of RMB 1.4 million (collection of 400,000 red winds, 400,000 whiskies, selling 600,000 wines). Swan Ridge Wind Manor has a market value of 20 million.
2016年9月 拜于国际古典精调调酒大师毛利隆雄门下学徒。师傅毛利隆雄【Mori Takao】,马提尼之父,国际许多调酒师的老师,但至今他的国际传奇地位也无人撼动,大文豪三岛由纪夫也在他的服务名单中。
Sep. 2016 – Under the apprenticeship of Mori Takao, international master of mixology, father of the martini, teacher of many international mixologists. His legendary status has not been challenged even today. Fabled writer Yukio Mishima is also on his list of services.

As BACH’s founder, with her wealth of experience in the field, created the SpeakBACH column where she wrote over 200,000 words and earned over 100 million visits; in 2016 painted Japan’s Nikka Whisky Distillery on commission; 2017 painted the Yamaki Distillery on commission.

1.花园:SpeakBACH植物香园,创始人Jane hu从英国带回了10多种酒里面可以用到的植物香料种子。
1. Garden: SpeakBACH botanical garden, sowed by our founder Jane Hu, who brought back over 10 kinds of flavor enhancers and others herbs used in spirits.
2.酒馆氛围:英伦风,有规有矩,省烦从简,精调鸡尾酒馆,把鸡尾酒编年史挖掘得更深,酒单上有老式经典的酒,空间幽暗、灯光柔和、并非超安静,却更显轻松,看上去像个十九世纪西方男士会给自己打造的小天地,偶尔放一点路易斯·阿姆斯特朗和弗兰克·西纳特拉这些歌手的音乐。
2. Pub Atmosphere: The British mannerisms are serene, principled, and straightforward. Mixology Mastery Bar is where you dig deeper into the annals of cocktail history and a wine selection that includes the classics. The space is umbral, pierced by soft lighting. While not very quiet, it is still relaxed. It is like stepping into a the 19th century where men would come to sip and smoke, occasionally filled with music from the jazz era, including Loius Armstrong and Frank Sinatra.

Sales: Wines from three unique production areas with portraits of classical figures of the Baron Ross family. Medoc, a Harry of typical European gentlemanly style; Poyac, a serious Nathanial; St. Emilion’s handsome Carl. The yellowed paper is similar to the letterhead from Europe’s past, a classic 19th century style, with a spirit of inheriting the arts, nobility, elegance, and… something quite remarkable. The iconic 5 arrows of Baron Philip Rothschild, the emblem of the family are placed in the home after drinking, are also a beautiful sight.
