PART ONE SUMMARY
In Charpter 3 the author illustrates how to define clutter and quotes various example like George W. Bush‘s presidency .etc.In order to distinguish clutter， the author suggest put brackets around every component and go over each sentence.
第四章讲了在你写文章之前建构文章，风格形成最基本的条件是做你自己，虽然这很难做到，要有自信。风格与灵魂是联系在一起的，而写作就是深层心理的反应，好的作者能通过你的文笔感觉出来。
PART TWO VOCABULARY
PSYCHE:your deepest feelings and thoughts in your mind
e.g.to rebulid our pashche,we should take the passive mind away.
pumpous:表示浮夸，文中有个短语put on airs可以用来解释这个单词
faddish：风靡一时it will not remain for a long time
e.g. a faddish style of clothes
PART THREE THOUGHTS
You can develop the same eye. Look for the clutter in your writing and prune it ruthlessly. Be grateful for everything you can throw away.Reexamine each sentence you put on paper.
There is no style store; style is organic to the person doing the writing, as much a part of him as his hair, or, if he is bald, his lack of it.

Style is tied to the psyche, and writing has deep psychological roots.The reasons why we express ourselves as we do, or fail to expressourselves because of “writer’s block,” are partly buried in the subconscious mind.
