I uesed to like playing badminton. But last term , i changed my sport mode, and began to jogging 5km everyday excepet for the rain. Actually, i didn't like running before that .Because running 3- 5 km need enough willpower. It's hard to acommplish. But i can't find a partner when i want to play badminton .And my friends not always have time when i want to play badminton. So i choice to run. I can do it at any time , and needn't partners.
At the beginning , i didn't use any tools to calculate the distance ,so i requier myself to run at least 30 minutes .But i always ran more minutes than my plan . Later, i used the the smartphone's app to monitor the distance and time .By looking at the records ,i found that everytime i ran 5 km for 30-32 minutes , plus the stretching exercise of run before and after, a total of about 1 hours. Namely,compared with playing badminton, it saves time .
In the 5 km distance, i felt that the most difficult is third km. Because everytime i finished running third kilometers, i felt close to the end . I found i feel a lot easiest if i think about something when i run. And I always can't help thinking some things even though i was listenning music or Talk Show in FM . I alway reflact on what i have done recently ,what problems i have now ,and what should i do next ... And some times, i would think about some academic problems ,some life problem . Everytime when the mood is bad , i will feel a lot easier after running .When i am in a very bad mood ,I will increase the running distance . In this case ,i ususlly run 10 km, in order to prove to myself that nothing can not be . Most of time ,my bad mood could decrease or disappear with the increase of running distance .Of course , I also often run in some happy memories, and then ran with a giggle.
Now, i am used to jogging alone . I fell in love with it .
