3 点醒来，4点起床，我的routine已经完美，4.30-5.30 pool Shala vipa, 没人那里睡觉了，估计知道我要去！满脑子都是james。之后detox，不成功，同样surf group。
tall shala 5.30开始瑜伽，真的很美的日出，每天都惊叹，会停下来照相，还是眼睛记住心灵感受最好。

今天没有教课任务，轻松一些，换了swimming suit回来听他chanting，海风很大，完美的景色，有他在旁边chanting，一起挑战tides，让我冲向浪潮，我也小试牛刀，但还是不愿意冒险很大！等他回来去pool，听他唠叨我放钥匙不对，我就是无所谓，尽管说！
早餐完美，因为重复的东西，我们说自己diet习惯，从来没有这么多可以说的时候，他胃口一直好的很，我也尽可能accommodate和他漫长的吃饭过程！

D send me message on Guatemala invitation I can not do it just like Chile invitation also; he is into Vietnam teaching and I told him I am interested in teaching in europe, he immediately send me a dean link which is very nice of him. Let us see, my aim is to teach in Europe and New York, that is it.
