I have joined my current company for 2 days. It's short time, but I feel good both for the friendly colleague relationship and ease working environment. 1. Do from small and current tasks, build personal brand, say little think more at the beginning.
2. Take responsibilities, build relationships with cooperators.
3. Build personal brand first, think others first, then consider personal benefits after solid personal brand.
4. Reading and taking notes, improve myself at spare time, keeping learning.
5. 学会担当，加强管理，建立业务敏感度。以前人与专家为榜样。
