一、学情分析:
六年级学生对英语学习的兴趣整体有所下降,两极分化比较严重。除了要分析学生的学习状况外,还要了解他们的学习习惯。比较准确的确定学习者的起点能力,可在一定程度上提高教学效率,收到良好的教学效果。现在的学生的学习渠道越来越宽,他们在学校新知识前,已经有了相当丰富的生活经验和实践积累。关键在于我们教师如何去充分估计和了解学生的这些已有积累作为学生的学习起点,促进学生的有效学习。
二、教学目标:
1.能听懂Let’s try部分的对话并完成练习。
2.能理解Let’s talk内容并能熟练运用下列句子问答:
(1)Where did you go last winter holiday?
I went to ...
(2)How did you go there?
We went there by ...
(3)What did you do there?
I ...
3. 能听说认读单词beach.
4.培养学生乐于与他人交往的性格。

重点:理解Let’s talk部分的内容并能熟练运用学习目标中的句子
难点:用所学句型简单介绍自己的holiday.

Step 1.Warm up.
Sing a song.《What did you do for your holiday》
Game ”Sharp eyes” :Show words and go over the phrases:
Eg: Where did you go?
ate fresh food, by plane, summer holiday…
Free talk:
T:These expression are all about holidays.
I went to Dalian last summer holiday. It’s wonderful!
Where did you go over your holidays?
Step 2. Presentation
T:Wu Yifan and Amy meet Sarah at school. What are they talking about? Listen and circle.
Finish Let’s try.
Ss predict the dialogue.
Step 3:New lesson.
Talk about the pictures.
T:Sarah had a wonderful holiday. Amy also had one.
