BZOJ-2245: [SDOI2011]工作安排(费用流)

    明显是费用流吧?那么直接写就可以了。

    代码(刚开始写zkw费用流T了半天,改成SPFA就A了额。。。话说网上找到的快的zkw代码都是加了当前弧的,不是说那啥其实是错的么。。。):
