最是仓皇辞庙日:流亡期间的“革命先知”《托洛茨基文集·英文版》(

    托洛茨基在著作《不断革命论》写道“社会主义革命在一国范围内完成是绝对不可能的。只有当新社会在我们整个星球上获得最后胜利之后,社会主义革命才会完成”,“在孤立的无产阶级专政下,各种国内外矛盾必然随着成就的增加而增加。如果无产阶级国家继续处在孤立的地位,它最后必然成为这些矛盾的牺牲品。”正是这个观点使他和斯大林产生了重大分歧,因此而导致这位“革命先知”的辗转流亡。

    美国纽约帕斯芬德出版社1979年出版了托洛茨基文集(英文版全14册正册12卷,附册2卷),内收托洛茨基1929- 1940年流亡国外期间写的小册子、论文、书信、谈话纪要、对报刊发表的声明等,文集按写作年代顺序编排。正册12卷中所涉及的论题约1250个,篇幅长达6000多页。连同两卷副册,这套文集的总篇幅近8000页。

    正册1-5卷为托洛茨基侨居土耳其期间的著作(1929、1930、1930-1931、1932、1932- 1933);第6-7两卷为侨居法国期间的著作(1933-1934、1934 -1935);第8卷为侨居挪威期间的著作(1935- 1936);最后4卷为居住墨西暂期间的著作(1936- 1937、1937- 1938、1938- 1939、1939- 1940)。副册两卷,1929-1933 年的材料为第1卷,1934-1940年的材料为第2卷。两卷均附有注释和索引,第2卷还附有一份两卷综合索引。

    ◆侨居土耳其

    1929年1月,托洛茨基被驱逐出国。2月,抵土耳其君士坦丁堡,侨居在马尔马拉海的普林吉坡岛。1929年7月,主编出版《反对派通报》。1932年2月,被剥夺苏联公民权,开除苏联国籍。1929年-1932年间,完成《我的生平》《俄国革命史》《不断革命》等书。
