On 1/22/2018, we received a notice from 东方IC / 上海映脉文化传播有限公司 (Imaginechina) ("Complainant") that Complainant believes the app listed below infringes its intellectual property rights. In particular, Complainant believes you are infringing its copyright. Please see their comments below.

We are Imaginechina (上海映脉文化传播有限公司, www.dfic.cn ), a leading Chinese commercial visual resources licensing agency. We produce a large amount of content (photos, illustrations, videos) every day from the media, photographers, videographers and communities all over China. We are also the exclusive licensing distributor of Magnum Photos, AP, EPA , USA Today, Sports, CORBIS and many other well-known visual resources for the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Copyright is the key to our business, we take this very seriously.

However, 中金财经 App has used lots of our photos which without licensing or permission, here I provide 2 of them which with our watermark , such activity has seriously infringed our copyright and violated the IP rules of App Store.

The evidence includes our copyrighted images and the screenshot of pirates on the 中金财经 App. The infringement is clear. We firmly believe that 中金财经App should be immediately removed from App Store.

• Access your app in the "My Apps" module
• Click on the "Pricing and Availability" tab from the App Summary Page and select "Edit" by "Availability"
• Select and deselect "All" territories to uncheck all App Store territories
• Click on the "Done" button

4. Developers with a history of allegations of repeat infringement, or those who misrepresent facts to Apple and/or the Complainant are at risk of termination from the Developer Program.

5. Failure to respond to the Complainant or to take steps toward resolving a dispute may lead to removal of the app(s) at issue as in violation of the App Store Review Guidelines and/or the iOS Developer Program License Agreement. Please keep Apple apprised of your progress.
