    I just had a very good evening of eating healthy and working out. I had a very light dinner with salad and a few pieces of grilled chicken breast. And I went to the gym and walked 35 minutes and then did some strength training after dinner.

    When I was in the office in the morning, I couldn't resist the temptation of tasty junk food and had a big donut because in our office, there were often free food such as cakes, cookies or donuts available. And in the afternoon, a secretary past by my office and offered me more cookies but this time I politely refused.

    To think about it, eating unhealthy food may just make you feel better through their smell and taste, and then you would suffer the consequence there after. A lot of sweet pastries nowadays contain high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), which is harmful to human cell tissues, not to mention the high calories in various junk food. So, you would want to avoid those as much as possible.

    I felt a little bit better because I didn't indulge being lazy this evening. Since I'm determined to improve myself, for one day at a time.
