下单买了牛听听等待收货的这几天里，我一直在想着要用牛听听给娃做一个每周启蒙计划表，每天到点自动播放，有了牛听听，这个计划会是非常容易执行的，越想越期待。
但是收到货之后，我发现一下子做出一个计划表可能难度太大，因为牛听听的功能和资源太强大，所以我决定写一个专栏，“小试牛刀”，分享陪娃的资源和使用方法，在牛听听的辅助下，希望这些资源能够得到更高效的利用。

1.英语启蒙成长地图
因为我家暄暄是刚1岁的小宝宝，英语启蒙第一件事就是用英文儿歌磨耳朵，但是经常东听一首，西听一首，很随意。有了牛听听之后，我发现儿歌磨耳朵这件事可以按计划有序的执行起来，每一首歌除了新学习，还可以根据艾宾浩斯记忆曲线安排好复习计划。
在牛听听的首页有一个英语成长地图专区
0-3岁的地图，根据孩子的认知发展规律，选择了60首经典英文儿歌，分为节奏律动、身体认知、感官认知、家庭认知、事物认知、习惯认知6个主题单元，每个单元还有10首拓展儿歌，所以一共有120首歌。0-3岁，反复和孩子玩这120首歌，再加上各种拓展，其实就已经足够了。
每个单元有学习指导、亲子互动、课程学习、拓展学习4个版块。
在学习指导模块，牛听听给出了这10首儿歌的学习目标，重点学习的单词和句子，让家长能够把握重点。
亲子互动版块给出了儿歌互动的小Tip，但是不全面，这一个单元只有3首歌有提示。
课程学习和拓展学习版块，可以把歌单加入到智能熏陶课表里，然后开始每天的熏陶。
2.Unit 1 节奏律动歌谣拓展资源
这个单元里的10首歌，律动鲜明、发音标准、语句简单重复、活泼有趣，是宝宝英语启蒙初始阶段的最佳选择。
下面我就结合牛听听里的亲子互动提示，以及我收集的资源，给每一首歌做了拓展，希望能帮助你和宝宝把儿歌玩得更快乐，学到更多。

(1)Bingo

这首歌里主要讲到了两个名词，一个是Farmer（农民），一个是Dog（狗），可以用农民和狗的卡片，边唱歌，边指给宝宝看。
Bingo拓展游戏一：拍手游戏
用拍手代替字母，其实锻炼的是宝宝的记忆，每次用拍手代替一个字母，就记住一个字母。

还可以做一套卡片，正面是字母，反面是动作，每唱一段，就把一张卡片翻过来，做动作。

准备好Farmer和各种动物（cow, pig, horse, dog, cat, duck）的闪卡，边唱歌边指认，学动物的叫声。
拓展游戏：猜猜我是谁
发出动物的叫声，让宝宝猜是谁，找到相应的卡片。或者拿出一张动物卡片，让宝宝模仿一下这个动物的声音。

《Walking Walking》这首歌非常适合动起来，里面主要动词是walk(走)，hop(单脚跳)，run(跑)，stop(停)，只要跟着歌词做相应的动作就行了。
牛听听的亲子互动指导里面有视频可以参考：
小步开场舞也是以《walking walking》这首歌为背景音乐的，可以在小步APP搜索“开场舞”找视频，不同年龄段有不同的动作参考。

一边放音乐，一边按照歌词做动作，音乐停的时候开始抢凳子。

Super Simple Songs还有另外一个版本的《If You are Happy》，歌里有4个情绪单词happy, angry, scared, sleepy，听这个版本的时候，可以边听，边让宝宝画表情，小一点的宝宝可以单词描红，大一点的宝宝可以自己写出单词。

带着宝宝折一个小船，最简单的玩法，满满都是童年的回忆。
拓展游戏：场景还原
用蓝色的磁力片搭出一条小溪，做一个小船，一边唱歌，一边在上面划。

拓展：改编歌词，认识家庭成员
将歌词改成daddy, mommy, brother, sister, baby,family wants to play的版本，准备家庭成员的闪卡，唱到相应的单词，让宝宝拿相应的卡片，或者反过来，拿出卡片，让宝宝唱出整句歌词。

简单版本只唱到falling down，亲子互动：宝宝还小的时候，抱着宝宝，每次唱到falling down的时候，就蹲下，唱到my fair lady的时候，可以亲一下宝宝，也可以把my fair lady改成宝宝的名字 my dear xxx。宝宝大一些之后，可以和宝宝一起律动，唱到falling down的时候一起蹲下，唱到my fair lady的时候，拉起宝宝的手亲一下。
用积木搭一个桥，唱到falling的时候，把桥推倒。
拓展：情景扮演
复杂的版本，可以还孩子分别扮演女王和大臣，准备wood(木头，积木)，clay(黏土)，iron(铁，磁力片)，steel(钢，在家里找一个不锈钢的盆)，silver(银),gold(金，宝宝小时候的金银首饰，顺便进行一下财商教育)等材料，大臣向女王汇报，伦敦桥倒了，女王先给大臣木头和黏土，大臣说会被水冲走了，女王给大臣铁和钢，大臣说会弯了，女王给了金银，大臣说会被偷走，然后女王派了一个人日夜守护，女王可以给大臣一个人的玩偶。

需要准备的卡片：pig/hog(猪), cake(蛋糕),bun(小圆面包)
jiggety jig 和jiggety jog都是指那种欢快地蹦蹦跳跳的样子。
在去超市购物的时候，可以唱这首歌，带上要买的东西的小卡片，买一个唱一句to market to market to buy ....，回来的时候蹦蹦跳跳的唱 home again home again jiggety jig/jog
拓展：买东西游戏
在家里摆出一个小市场，放上一些玩具或者闪卡，然后让宝宝去买东西，也是去买的时候唱to market to market，回来的时候跳着回来唱home again home again。

这也是一首可以一边唱，一边跟着歌词唱跳的儿歌，非常适合亲子互动。伸出你的右手，伸回你的右手，摇摇你的右手，摇呀摇呀摇，再来转个圈儿。动作可随着歌词变化而调整。“Looby Loo”并没有什么含义，基本就是啦啦啦的意思，一起愉快地玩耍就对了。
动作可以学习下面的视频，有点跳街舞的感觉。

需要准备的闪卡：Sheep,boy,master(男主人),dame(女主人)，master和dame的卡片可以用爸爸和妈妈的卡片代替。

拓展游戏：薅羊毛
在密封袋里装上棉花，在袋子上画一只小羊，袋子剪开一个口子，让宝宝从里面捏取羊毛，可以锻炼精细动作，并且知道羊毛出在羊身上。
手工：黑色绵羊指印画
用黑色的卡纸剪出形状，然后用白色的颜料按上指引，这一步宝宝大了可以自己完成，然后用胶水把各个部件粘在一起就可以了。
3.将课程加入牛听听的智能课表
通过以下步骤把成长地图第一单元的10首歌加入到课表中：
课表添加之后成功之后，达到的效果就是每天9:00-9:30，牛听听会自己开机，开始播放当天的课程安排，比如第一天会学习第一首新的儿歌Bingo，第二天新学第二首歌Old MacDonald，并且复习昨天学习的Bingo，第三天新学第三首，并复习前两天的，按照艾宾浩斯记忆曲线安排的课程如下，一共持续25天，完成这10首儿歌的学习。
家长要做的就是准备好这10首歌的拓展材料，在牛听听开始播放的时候，拿出事先准备好的材料，和宝宝玩就是了。牛听听起到的作用除了是摆脱手机，便捷播放外，还有智能安排课表的功能，能够让你省很多脑细胞，不用自己设计和记忆这些繁琐的事情。每次牛听听响起，也是对自己的一个提醒，对于宝宝规律作息的养成也很有帮助。
其实，以前我对牛听听有很多误解，以为只是播放儿歌、故事的一个早教故事机，但是现在我觉得应该刷新一下对它的认识，与其说是一个早教机，不如说是孩子学习成长的一个管家，是妈妈的小助手。
4.牛听听的不同版本怎么选
牛听听旗舰店在售的有音质版、防水版（小水牛）和绘本牛，所有版本能够使用的APP资源是一样的，区别在于硬件。

桌面版需要插电才能使用。音质版是便携版的升级，外形一样，音质版适合对音质追求比较高的人，音质版的内存16G，是便携版和小水牛的两倍。小水牛的大小就是就是一个手掌大小，小月龄的宝宝拿在手里刚好合适，而且防水，啃咬沾到口水都没有关系，洗澡的时候也能玩，所以我选择的是小水牛。绘本牛增加了绘本阅读的功能，就是把绘本放在它面前，就可以读给孩子听，能够帮父母省很多力气，如果有这个需求可以一步到位买绘本牛，但是如果你坚持亲子阅读，就没有必要了。
