本周工作解读
在经济模型上，中继链会有一套全新的通胀模型来激励BP和投票者。本次对中继链的通胀模型进行修改调整，将会使得中继链的代币发行机制更加的公平、合理。
而在社区治理上，中继链有一套针对故障BP的惩罚方案，来对那些发生问题、没有及时修复问题的BP进行惩罚，以确保中继链保持安全性和稳定性。

Interpretation
On the economic model, the relay chain will have a new inflation model to motivate BP and voters. This revision and adjustment of the inflation model of the relay chain will make the token issuing mechanism of the relay chain more fair and reasonable. In community governance, the relay chain has a set of penalties for faulty BP to penalize BPs that have problems and do not fix problems in time to ensure that the relay chain remains secure and stable.
