大约两周前的周末，在农场，采摘新鲜的胡萝卜嫩叶和香菜叶，切碎末，代替上文中的胡萝卜片，制作了蛋花汤，味道很棒，令人想念，回到家中，周边菜场/超市买不到胡萝卜叶，于是，用胡萝卜片代替。
剖面好漂亮，中间黄色的像小太阳，"太阳"周围的纹路像光芒，黄、红色的过渡和渐变……
