糯米粉加适量水

add water into glutinous rice flour

用筷子略翻搅几下,使其结成大块

use chopsticks to stir and turn it over several times, to form a chunk

你不需要像做馒头、做面包那样用手揉面,因为它是糯米粉,不是面粉

you do not need to knead it like making bread or steamed bun, because it is not wheat flour

揪成一块一块你喜欢的大小

divide it into small pieces, as big as you like

团成圆球形,如果你喜欢的话

make every piece into ball shape, if you like it

如何团成圆球形? 拿一小块,放在两个手掌之间,上面的那个手掌在一个水平面上画圈旋转,只需要几下,就可以把它滚圆,等你熟练,你可以同时滚圆2~3个汤圆(如果你的汤圆不是很大的话)

how to make it into ball shape? put one piece between your palms, the upper palm draw circles in the same plane, and only after few circles,  you will get a ball shape. you can try make 2~3 balls one time if you are confident with it(if your pieces are not too big)

锅中加水

put water in the pot

水烧开时入汤圆

put the balls in while boiling

几分钟后汤圆漂浮起来

several minutes later, the balls float up to the surface

关火

switch off the oven

出锅

done

食用时,可以蘸糖——民间流传有一说,糯米类食物(比如,汤圆、粽子)和糖配着吃,有助其消化

白白胖胖真可爱,口感是QQ的
