1.打开注册表（win+R 然后键入regedit 按回车）
2.找到注册表 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WAS\Parameters
3.删掉 NanoSetup 值. 这个值会阻止WAS（Windows Process Activation Service） 启动
4.启动 WAS 服务
最后就可以启动IIS服务了
