《Automic Habits》读书笔记12 事是死的，人是活的

在书的最后一个章节，作者引用了老子的话，来阐述恪守习惯也有不好的一面。

• 我们要时不时的审视一下制定的习惯还是否适合自己
• 并及时作出调整。
  人之生也柔弱，其死也坚强。
  草木之生也柔脆，其死也枯槁。
  故坚强者死之徒，柔弱者生之徒。
  是以兵强则灭，木强则折，强大居下，柔弱居上。

“Men are born soft and supple; 
dead, they are stiff and hard. 
Plants are born tender and pliant; 
dead, they are brittle and dry. 
Thus whoever is stiff and inflexible is a disciple of death. 
Whoever is soft and yielding is a disciple of life. 
The hard and stiff will be broken. 
The soft and supple will prevail. 
                        —LAO TZU”      

老外对老子原文的理解：
Flexibility.
The ability to adjust, adapt:
to stay positive when things don't go as planned.
To remember that to be alive and healthy is to be changing and growing;
halting that process is the beginning of the end.
