2018年1月29日，据我所知有几百号人都收到了同样的被拒信息
Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed
This type of app has been identified as one that may violate one or more of the following App Store Review Guidelines. Specifically, these types of apps often:
1.1.6 - Include false information, features, or misleading metadata.
2.3.0 - Undergo significant concept changes after approval
2.3.1 - Have hidden or undocumented features, including hidden "switches" that redirect to a gambling or lottery website
3.1.1 - Use payment mechanisms other than in-app purchase to unlock features or functionality in the app
4.3.0 - Are a duplicate of another app or are conspicuously similar to another app
5.2.1 - Were not submitted by the legal entity that owns and is responsible for offering any services provided by the app
5.3.4 - Do not have the necessary licensing and permissions for all the locations where the app is used
Before we can continue with our review, please confirm that this app does not violate any of the above guidelines. You may reply to this message in Resolution Center or the App Review Information section in iTunes Connect to verify this app’s compliance.
Given the tendency for apps of this type to violate the aforementioned guidelines, this review will take additional time. If at any time we discover that this app is in violation of these guidelines, the app will be rejected and removed from the App Store, and it may result in the termination of your Apple Developer Program account.
关于这封被拒信息，据我的经历，应该跟机审和应用的类型有关。
并不是说真的违反了这么多条例，应该只是警告，当然，如果真的有类似的问题，还是需要修改的。
如果确定没有上述问题，那么直接回复，不需要重新提交。
如果回复两天都没反应，那么可以试试上诉审查委员会，虽然由于在解决方案中心回复了的原因，审查委员不会再去理会，但是或许，他们可以反馈到审核团队，能起到一个催促的作用。
上诉审查委员会，是不被建议的，这是一个无奈之举，慎用。
另外，一旦审查委员会接受上诉，那么应用将会被更严格的审查。
我碰到过一次，被拒后上诉，结果在维持原来的被拒结果上，又加了一条被拒信息。
我这次回复了，等了两天还没有反应，才上诉的，第三天终于有消息了，虽然依旧被拒，但是被拒的条例不属于上述礼包的任何一条，2.5.4。
说明一下这个2.5.4，是由于我的项目里加了后台播放权限，但是没有相关的功能，所以反馈信息推荐的处理办法是：加相应功能或者移除相关权限。
并且被拒信息里也没有再说需要更多的时间或者延迟审核之类的话。
修改和重提后，希望真的能尽快通过吧！
终于过了！补充一下这次经历。
先说一下时间线，
12月14日，这个版本第一次提交，第二天被拒，3.1.1二进制被拒，然后在解决方案中心回复了一条，还是被拒。
12月18日，这个版本第二次提交，第二天进入in review，一直到1月10号，再次被拒，3.1.1二进制被拒，然后上诉，等了快一周吧依旧因为3.1.1被拒。
1月16号，再次提交，1月18号进入in review，直到1月29号，收到2.1大礼包元数据被拒。
1月29、30号，陆续在解决方案中心回复了好几条，没反应。
1月31号，还没有任何消息，于是上诉。
2月1号，2.5.4二进制被拒，被拒信息没有再提需要更多的时间或者延迟什么的，感觉应该从延迟队列里出来了。上午7点多，马上重提二进制文件，提交审核后，发加急邮件。
下午四五点左右，收到邮件回复，加急同意了。
2月2号凌晨12点多，审核通过。

4.3.0 - Are a duplicate of another app or are conspicuously similar to another app
5.2.1 - Were not submitted by the legal entity that owns and is responsible for offering any services provided by the app
5.2.3 - Facilitate illegal file sharing or include the ability to save, convert, or download media from third party sources without explicit authorization from those sources
5.3.4 - Do not have the necessary licensing and permissions for all the locations where the app is used

没有从延迟队列里出来，所以一直in review，只能等结果了，我也没什么好办法
这个理由很重要。 我从来没加急。 然后就被拒了
提交后进入等待审核状态，发一次加急邮件就可以了，多发没用。
如果自己拒绝了这次提交，那么发的加急邮件也会失效，重新提交后需要重新发加急。
加急理由，大多是紧急bug修复，描述一下线上某个很严重的bug。。。
之前因为3.1.1被拒过，被延迟审核了。
所以一定要从3.1.1这个延迟走出来，让苹果的人觉得你已经修改这个问题了，才可能从延迟队列出来。
我这个版本，是修改后的，解决了3.1.1的问题，但是由于又添加了后台播放权限但是没有乡音的功能，虽然收到了2.1大礼包，但是我认为这是机器回复的，我的本身是没有问题的，所以，必须等苹果审核回复后，让他们确定我已经解决这个3.1.1的问题了，才能走出延迟审核。
果然虽然因为2.5.4后台权限问题被拒，但是苹果已经确认我没有3.1.1的问题了，所以出了延迟队列，加急成功的原因，可能因为我加急的次数并不多吧。
还有就是，如果被延迟审核了，加急也没用，我这个感觉是出了延迟审核队列，所以才能加急成功吧。
还有就是，加急理由要重分点吧！
