我们又如何排项目时间呢?最常用的方法是 “三点估算法”！

合理的控制项目开发时间,尽可能在适当加班的情况下正常完成任条，把控时间很重要，也要掌握全局，不然你自己不靠谱，拖累整个团队就更不应该了！
