安装相关:
在服务器上安装SCopeLoomR时,输入如下
devtools::install_github("aertslab/SCopeLoomR", build_vignettes =TRUE)
报错configure: error: The version of hdf5 installed on your system is not sufficient.
退出R后,module load hdf5。然后module show hdf5查看版本
