传奇教练的致胜心法

今天阅读《Obstacle is the way》，书中介绍了美国阿拉巴马州的传奇橄榄球教练Nike Saban。

他赢得了7次全国锦标赛冠军的成功秘诀就是关注“过程”。follow the process,not the prize。遵循过程，而不是奖金。

他有一段话：“Don’t think about winning the SEC Championship. Don’t think about the national championship. Think about what you needed to do in this drill, on this play, in this moment. That’s the process: Let’s think about what we can do today, the task at hand.”

大意是“不要总想着赢得赛区冠军和全国冠军。想一想你在训练中、比赛中以及现在应该做什么？过程！让我们想想今天我们能做什么，眼下的任务是什么。”

我觉得Nick Saban和我很喜欢的传奇篮球教练John Wooden很像，他们在各自的领域实践着几乎同样的方法。

过程就是当下。活在当下。

“过程对了，结果总是对的。”
