Because the weather was very hot, a young man in Teheran carried his newly-bought
bed made of springs and mattress on to the roof of his house. He slept very well for the first two nights, but on the third night, a storm blew up and sent the bed crashing into
the courtyard below. Although the bed was smashed to pieces, the man was
miraculously unhurt on the mattress. Then the man carried the mattress into his house and put it on the floor. Although he had to sleep on the floor agian, he promptly went to sleep.
