问题1：
Could not find an installed version of Gradle either in Android Studio, or on your system to install the gradle wrapper. Please include gradle in your path, or install Android Studio
解决方法，到gradle官网：https://gradle.org/install 下载并解压，在环境变量Path最后添加G:\Android\gradle-3.3\bin（根据自己解压路劲）重启CMD 输入gradle -v 出现gradle得版本信息证明配置正确
问题2
Error: Android SDK not found. Make sure that it is installed. If it is not at the default location, set the ANDROID_HOME environment variable.
解决方法：
Run
1.cordova platform rm android;
2.cordova platform add android@6.2.3
