英语该如何说？是“there is a person here ”吗？

其实，正确答案是：“it's taken.”

when you go to eat whit your friend,he went to the toilet.a person who will go to eat look at the seat when he pass by here,and he want to sit it .by now,you should say:"这已经有人了。"

what is this sentence in english? the right answer is:"it's taken."
