As for children, Mum or dad, provide a regular supply of pocket money, but uncles and ants are always a source of extra income. Most of the children prefer paying fifty pence for a nice big bar of chocolate to filling up their money boxes. A recent case concerns my nephew George who did not save the fifty pence given by me and bought himself
fifty pence worth of trouble. He lost his fifty pence into a drain on his way to the sweet
shop. When he tried to found out his fifty pence his hand was firmly stuck. Finally, he
was freed by two fire frighters who had used a special type of grease. But he was not
too upsent by the experience because the lady who owns the sweet shop heard about his trouble and rewarded him with a large box of chocolate.
