birthday guy这个说法相对来说不是很常见哟。可以说birthday boy or girl. 同时要留意这里要加“the”，指“生日的那个人”
然后留意句子中要使用三单哟： In China, usually the birthday boy or girl treatS all the guests.

这里要留意时态，不用would哟。然后guests要复数哟

.....to chip in AND pay for the birthday person. 这里不用to做连接~

是不是看到有“看”你就把look写上去了
还有要留意几个地方：
1. 这里时态不用will，你可以说I would bring....或者I usually bring....
2. 要分清楚little和small的意思，这里不用little，要用small哟。而且你说了something small, 就不用加gift了。
3. “即使”的中文可以用even if，如果你只写了if意思是不一样的哟~
