又一个生日如约而至
Another birthday has come as promised
经历灰暗后心随春天一同苏醒
After going through the gloom, my heart wakes up with spring
光阴如此这般风雨兼程
Time goes on like this, in all weathers
用季节的重复证明生命向哀老走近
Proving that life is approaching to sad old age with the repetition of seasons

于是我把光阴大大方方地抛洒
So I’ve been spending my time generously
在这春日的晴空里烂漫着
Blooming in the clear spring sky
随风起舞，如叶，如花，如藤蔓
Dancing with the wind, like leaves, flowers and vines
只要换得心儿能慢点儿老去
As long as my heart can grow old a little slower

阳光如金，往事片片落下
The sun shines like gold, the past events falling in pieces
伸出手掌，摘下一片嫩绿
Holding out my hand, I take off a light green leaf
装进白云，寄给蓝天，寄给上苍
Putting it in white clouds to send it to the blue sky, and to heaven
只求再还我一首清香满地的恋歌
Just in the hope that another sweet-smelling love song can be returned to me

I live in these flashy years, and kinship is like a lamp
一个荷包蛋包住了乡村的甜蜜
A poached egg wraps the sweetness of the countryside
一碗肉丝面飘荡着岁月的芬芳
The fragrance of the years drifting from a bowl of shredded meat noodles
那些流血流汗流金的日子去哪了
Where are those days of bleeding and sweating, and of gold

If Mother were still alive
如果时光能够静止
If time could stand still
今天，必定是我生命里最诗意的时光
Today must be the most poetic time of my life
捡拾着无数失落很久的渴望
Picking up countless longings lost for a long time
清明节我向着双亲的方向
On Tomb Sweeping Day, in the direction of my parents
点燃一盏长明的心灯
I’ll light an ever-burning heart lamp
