I am requesting a leave of absence from February 12 to 13 for the following reason. I've had a high fever and a bad cough, and I didn't sleep well last night. I went to see the doctor this morning. The doctor told me I had gone down with flu, and I should stay in bed for two days. So I'm afraid I can't go to work today and tomorrow. I hope I'll be all right soon.
