Bias
Conscious or unconscious judgments we make in our daily life. Everyone has biases, and they impact all aspects of our lives. Biases are often based on our cultural beliefs, attitudes, or opinions that we are typically not aware of. Biases may be formed by early experiences, patterns you have seen in movies or on TV, or something you were told about "those people." Biases can lead to discrimination against a group of people.
Implicit Bias: The attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner.
